A student living in a dormitory with an ordinary lifestyle can expect a monthly budget of around 250–300 USD, and the Russian government's own estimate of living costs is actually lower than that figure. Costs can run higher for students from big cities or with particular social preferences, but even so, the combination of education quality, tuition, and monthly living costs makes studying at a Russian university one of the best options in the world.

Meeting students at the airport and transferring to the dormitory

Russian notary certificated translation of all necessary documents (passport, diploma, and transcript)

Tuition fee for the pre-university course

Accommodation in the university dormitory until the end of the pre-university course (room for 2 or 4 people)

Health insurance

Residence permit

Visa extension

SIM card with 24 GB and 1200 local minutes for a month

Orientation for the city, university, and student dormitory (dormitory rules, residence permit, visa extension, opening a bank account, etc.)

Consultancy

Counseling for application and enrollment to the intended branch after finishing the preparatory course

PRE-PAYMENT

$500 USD

Paid to Sky Education and its partner agencies to start the process.

SECOND INSTALLMENT

50% of the remaining fee

Paid in Turkey once the admission letter is issued and enrollment is legalized.

FINAL INSTALLMENT

Remaining 50%

Paid once the student receives their visa.

SECOND-SEMESTER EXTRA FEE

$90 USD (6500 Rubles)

Requested separately by the university in the second semester of the pre-university course, toward the state research institution in Moscow that verifies diploma authenticity. Not included in the package.

A few important reminders before you enroll

1Items cannot be added to or dropped from the package individually.

2Staying in a university dormitory is mandatory in order to obtain a residence permit and health insurance.

3Dormitories included in the package belong to state universities, so room quality and availability vary — in some dormitories Sky Education students are given priority for specific rooms, while in others placement is handled entirely by dormitory management.

4Visa applications must be made through the Russian Consulate specified at the invitation-application stage.

5100% of the fee is refunded for any issue that falls under Sky Education's contractual responsibility.

6No refund is given if the student withdraws after signing the contract and paying the fee.
